  • Two reasons: The first is for the environment. If we can truly be and stay sustainable, we HAVE to raise cattle as efficiently as possible. We create rations with the most protein and energy available in our region. This allows us to use the resources of our area to produce the highest quality protein, with succulent and delicious flavor.

    The second is flavor. 98% or more of the beef available in the US is grain finished. Though our cattle spend most of their life on grass ( all but about 120 day), grain is essential to create the flavor that makes beef America’s favorite protein.

  • If you order the the Montanana Box you are looking at needing about 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space. This is equivalent to most of a side by side fridge/freezer combo.
